Story #588 (INV-5/FR27) — erreur typée pour l’exception syndic “réservation pour le compte de l’ACP”. Suit le pattern déjà établi par ChargeDistributionError (entité → erreur typée → bridge String pour les use-cases legacy, bridge AppError pour la 422 côté HTTP).
