SSE endpoint that establishes the MCP connection.

The client connects here and receives:

  1. An endpoint event with the URL to POST JSON-RPC messages to
  2. Keepalive : ping comments every 30 seconds (prevents proxy timeouts)

Authentication: JWT Bearer token in Authorization header
