Security headers middleware for production-ready security

Adds the following security headers to all responses:

  • Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS): Force HTTPS
  • X-Content-Type-Options: Prevent MIME sniffing
  • X-Frame-Options: Prevent clickjacking
  • X-XSS-Protection: Enable browser XSS filter
  • Content-Security-Policy: Restrict resource loading
  • Referrer-Policy: Control referrer information
  • Permissions-Policy: Control browser features
