Story 4.6 (#581) : generate_ago_resolutions(meeting_id) ajoute d’office, à toute AGO, une résolution d’évaluation des prestataires (Art. 3.89 § 5, 12° Code Civil belge). kind est ce qui la distingue d’une résolution ordinaire — is_auto_generated() s’y fie exclusivement, pour qu’aucune autre donnée (titre, statut) ne puisse accidentellement déclencher ou lever sa protection contre la suppression/l’édition.
